The River of Time Museum’s next Dinner Series program will be combined with the Museum’s annual meeting on Wednesday, November 14th from 6:00 to 8:00 pm. in the Fountain Hills Community Center. The brief meeting is open to the public and will be immediately followed with a fascinating presentation from J. Scott Wood, retired Forest Archaeologist with the Tonto National Forest. Mr. Wood will take the audience back to the prehistoric time of the Hohokam people and share information on Azatlan, a Hohokam community located near Rio Verde. Phil’s Filling Station will be back with Phil’s tasty Thanksgiving buffet dinner. The meal includes traditional Thanksgiving Day fare; turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, rolls and a vegetable followed by Phil’s famous pumpkin pie. Beer and wine are also available at a no-host bar with all tips going to the support of the Museum.
